MY STORY

How I got here — and why I do it the way I do.

I grew up the youngest of 12 siblings. Real estate, in my family, was never an investment thesis or a side hustle. It was where life happened — birthday dinners that ran long, holidays that overlapped, parents we wanted close enough to walk to. Houses were where the family was, and getting them right mattered.

Years later, when my own family needed to navigate a complex relocation that brought my parents right next door — and yes, the logistics for a family our size were not for the faint of heart — I experienced firsthand what it feels like to need an agent who actually understands what's at stake. That experience reshaped how I practice real estate.

Today I work with families across Greater Houston — Sugar Land, Katy, Fort Bend County, and everywhere in between. My clients aren't transactions; they're people making decisions that affect every part of their lives. I treat that responsibility seriously, and I bring the same care to a $300K starter home as I do to a $2M custom build.

I'm a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a Pricing Strategies Advisor (PSA), which means I work methodologies — not gut. I'm licensed with Keller Williams Southwest, and I've spent the last decade building a network of inspectors, lenders, contractors, and buyer agents who do the right thing when no one's watching. Those relationships pay off for my clients every week.

Most weekends you'll find me with family — the parents next door, siblings dropping by, the chaos of a big Texas family doing what big Texas families do. I'm involved with several local nonprofits across Fort Bend County, and I genuinely believe the best agents are the ones who show up in their community whether or not there's a deal in it.
