Multigenerational living usually costs somebody something. A kitchen. A front door. The ability to come and go without an audience. This Lennar NextGen home in Walnut Creek was built so nobody has to give any of that up.

Here is the trade. Two attached garage bays serve a six-bedroom house. If covered parking for three or more vehicles is on your list, this plan will not solve it, and I would rather tell you that before you fall for the guest suite.

The home is zoned to Lamar Consolidated ISD: Thomas Elementary, Wright Junior High, and Randle High School. Confirm the current assignment for a specific address with Lamar CISD before relying on it. The HOA runs $650 a year, the property sits in a MUD, and the 2025 tax rate was 2.6989. Verify the current rate with Fort Bend County before you build a monthly payment around it.
